Montilla vs Cacdac in X-Treme fight

-

Fil-American Alvin Cacdac battles Ernesto Montilla for the vacant flyweight title in the Pacific X-Treme Combat (PXC) 46 today at the Ynares Sports Arena in Pasig City.

Also fighting for the title in the event presented by Sports 5 are lightweight Glen Ranillo and Japanese Chuji Kato.

Montilla is coming off a sensational win by submission via armbar against fan favorite and ex-champion Ale Cali in PXC 43 held last March. Cacdac is no pushover and is on a roll, winning his last two fights, including a rear-naked choke and submission over Trevin Jones.

Pacific X-Treme Combat (PXC), the premier mixed martial arts promotions firm in the Asia-Pacific, is returning to the country after a long absence in the MMA scene.

The event, according PXC’s Rob San Diego, will be aired by Sports 5 starting at 11 p.m. Other sponsors are Red Horse, Healthway Medical, Remington Hotel, Resorts World, Bar 360, PLDT Telpad and PLDTmyDSL.
