18th APHCA Olympics on ‘GANDANG RICKY REYES’
E very November, the Asia Pacific Hairdressers and Cosmetologists Association (APHCA) holds a Hair and Makeup Olympics participated in by delegates from 17 member countries. This year’s venue is in Bangkok, Thailand.
The association was founded by our very own beauty guru Ricky Reyes 20 years ago. He has been president for two decades now. The delegates from the Philippines proved they can defeat eat other participants in differentnt categories such as men’s cut, freestyle,reestyle, color and bridal make-up.up.
