Chili Oyster Ceviche
The Aphrodisiac: Oyster
Ingredients
6 pcs shucked oysters (set aside shells) 5 g ginger 10 g red onion 20 g cucumber 1 pc siling labuyo salt and pepper 1 stalk cilantro 1/2 cup of white vinegar 3 pcs lemon
Procedure
1. In a bowl, combine the oysters, lemon juice, red onions, ginger, cucumber, siling labuyo, cilantro, white vinegar, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Toss to mix. 2. Cover and refrigerate until oysters have slightly “cooked” for about 10 to 15 minutes. Do not allow oysters to marinate too long, otherwise they will become tough and rubbery. 3. Return the shucked oyster in the shell and serve.
