Deep Fried Crocodile Meat and Shrimp Wantons in Thai Chili Sauce

Ingredient­s

¼ cup crocodile meat (chopped) ¼ cup shrimp (chopped) 2 tbsp cilantro (chopped) 2 tbsp chopped onion 2 drops sesame oil 1 egg white 3 pcs soaked shitake mushroom (chopped) salt white pepper molo wrapper Thai sweet chili sauce

Procedure

1. Mix all ingredient­s except molo wrapper in a bowl. 2. Put one teaspoon of the mixture in the molo wrapper. 3. Deep fry until golden. 4. Serve with Thai sweet chili sauce.
