‘Trust will be back’

Speaker Feliciano “Sonny” Belmonte Jr. expressed confidence yesterday that President Aquino’s trust and approval ratings will bounce back. “These are obviously the outcome of Mamasapano thing (when the Fallen 44 were killed) and sa tingin ko, he has sufficient time to recover his ratings,” Belmonte noted. He even urged the Chief Executive not to be distracted by the results of the latest Pulse Asia survey wherein the latter got the lowest trust and approval rating since he was elected in 2010.
