Preparedness audit

LINGAYEN, Pangasinan – The Police Regional Office 1 (PRO1) conducted a simultaneous disaster preparedness audit among PRO1 personnel involved in search and rescue operations. PRO1 officials said the disaster preparedness audit primarily focused on checking the individual search and rescue equipment, and the capabilities and preparedness of search and rescue – trained police personnel and members of the sub-task groups. Aside from the disaster preparedness audit, the PRO1 will also conduct emergency response drills in the coming days to ensure operational readiness in any eventuality especially with the approach of the rainy season.
