BACOLOD CITY — With the opening of new high end subdivision in Bacolod City, will change the landscape of the city, according to Cong. Evelio Leonardia at the groundbreaking of The Hacienda Residences, located at the junction of Brgy. Pahanocoy and Tangub, in southern part of the city. It will be a city within the city, considering the features and amenities of the subdivision that has swimming pool in every house, and each house has no back neighbor, 5 meter perimeter fence, hotel, condominium, clubhouse, organic garden, lagoon, and others.

A partnership of the Orola's, Villasor and Pacific concord Properties, Inc as developer, Ronald Lim, president/CEO of Pacific Concord said, the Hacienda Residences is comprised by 77 hectare land property of the Villasor and 10 hectare land of Remedios Orola and Atty John Orola, Jr where it was originally designed for the Oroland Subdivision, but was included in this new high end subdivision, where the 850 lot and houses will rise.

Presently, the site development work employs 70 workers.

John Orola said, this is the realization of his long objectives for Go South Bacolod development, where there is housing and leisure, to compliment the infrastructure development in northern part of Bacolod City.

The roads are four lanes, lesser catastrophe compared to other parts of the country, electricity is 40% lesser than other cities, and the foods serve everywhere are global. These are huge potentials of Bacolod that I see a lot of migration soon.

To Leonardia, the trend now of big players are going out of Manila like Ayala and other big investors are investing in Bacolod City. Now, the Pacific Concord Properties is investing a multi-billion high end subdivision in Bacolod.
