FAR-OFF RESTING PLACE

— These men carry the coffin containing the remains of a fellow Dumagat tribesman while crossing a river in Sitio Tikiam, Barangay Puray, in Rodriguez, Rizal, taking advantage of a lull in Tropical Storm ‘Egay’s’ fury yesterday to transport their dead across several rivers before reaching the tribe’s cemetery three kilometers away.
