Es­tab­lished by an aro­mather­a­pist, a cos­metic chemist, and a skin care pro­fes­sional, Lu­miere was cre­ated be­cause of what they had in com­mon: a love for or­ganic skin care prod­ucts, with high-qual­ity and po­tent in­gre­di­ents. In ad­di­tion to that, their prod­ucts are also cru­elty-free, paraben­free, sil­i­cone-free, formalde­hyde-free, and ve­gan-friendly. For Lu­miere, “it’s about find­ing the right bal­ance be­tween na­ture and science and mak­ing sure noth­ing and no one gets harmed along the way.”

The one prod­uct I love from them is their Flow­erColor Lip­sticks. There are cur­rently no avail­able ve­gan lip­sticks that are lo­cally made. I was ec­static when I learned that not only is it avail­able in the Philip­pines, it’s also made in the Philip­pines! Their lip­sticks come in four dif­fer­ent col­ors—Coral Crush, Pink Kiss, Sunset Burst, and Ruby Tease—and uses flower pig­ments to color the lip­sticks. Made with a com­bi­na­tion of shea but­ter, chamomile oil, and gin­seng root, among oth­ers, these Flow­erColor lip­sticks are lead-free, gluten-free, dye-free, and fra­grance-free. These terms may seem tech­ni­cal but it all means one thing, no chem­i­cals!­
