Libera, an internationally renowned all-boy choir from London, is set to perform in the country early next year.
This was confirmed by Philippine Veterans Bank (PVB) Chairman and CEO Roberto F. de Ocampo, OBE. He will produce an album for the boys titled “Libera Sings America,” which he hopes to release in the Philippines before the year ends.
Past Libera albums include “Luminosa,” “Free,” “Vision,” “Peace,” “New Dawn” and “Eternal.”
The concert and PVB’s “new look” are both in line with the bank’s goal of strengthening its position in the retail banking market as a revitalized, dynamic and vibrant institution.
Info-tainment is also part of PVB’s new look, with five panels and a display screen called the History Zonethe. They will display the World War II history of Pasay City through vignettes and images. The History Wall at PVB branches is a lasting tribute to Filipino World War II veterans and their courageous deeds and valor.
Also at the launch were PVB Chief Operating Officer Nonilo C. Cruz and Pasay City Congresswoman Emi CalixtoRubiano and City Mayor Antonino G. Calixto.
Of the 10,370 who took the PRC Licensure Board Exam for Real Estate Brokers last May 24, only half passed. Among them is Nerlisa “Elyza” F. Rivera – part time actress, full-time mom, and author of inspirational books.
The last time we saw Elyza was at the premiere of “Gangster Lolo” (she played a nun in the movie). Before that, she was seen in “Edukasyon.”
It is nice to know that there is a new PRC certified licensed broker among showbiz personalities.
Her husband, Usec. Robert Rivera, on the other hand, has been busy with speaking engagements in different gatherings, discussing how to cope, overcome, manage, and survive cancer through Jesus Christ.
Back as Board Director of RPN 9 after his early retirement as president and CEO because of his health condition, Robert has once again set to motion the airing of DWIZ’s highly rated programs on RPN’s selected provincial stations.
