Boarder molests son of his landlady in QC

A 26-year-old boarder was arrested after allegedly sexually molesting the 15-year-old son of his landlady Tuesday dawn in Quezon City, police disclosed.

Reports reaching the Quezon City Police District (QCPD) Masambong Police Station 2 (PS-2) identified the suspect as Ernan Bulawan, a resident of No. 26 Tabing Ilog, Brgy. Apolonio Samson, Quezon City. According to the police, Bulawan had been a boarder of the victim’s mother since January.

Supt. Christian Dela Cruz, Masambong Police Station 2 commander, said that based on reports, the alleged sexual abuse allegedly transpired at about 3:30 a.m. Tuesday at the victim’s residence located in Brgy. Masambong, Quezon City.

Only the victim and the suspect were at home when the incident took place.

According to the police, the suspect shared a bowl of noodles with the victim prior to the incident.

But when the victim went to sleep, the boy was awakened by the sexual advances of Bulawan.

Following the incident, the suspect then fell asleep together with the victim.

Dela Cruz said after waking up hours later, the young victim discovered that the suspect was already gone. He then revealed his ordeal to his mother after she arrived home.
