Woman’s body found inside Pasig City home

A woman’s body was found hanging from the ceiling of their house in Pasig City last Wednesday.

Police identified the fatality as Annalyn Cabrera, 29, of Pacensya Street, Jennys Avenue.

Elbert Cabrera, husband of the victim, told investigators that he woke up and saw his wife hanging with a nylon cord looped around her neck. The other end was tied at the ceiling of their house.

Investigation revealed that Annalyn suspects that her husband is having an affair and that couple had been having arguments before the incident.

Neighbors interviewed by the police said Annalyn would complain that she’s too depressed with her life every time that she and her husband would argue.

Police are investigating whether or not foul play is involved in the apparent suicide. (Madelynne Dominguez)
