STILL ENJOYING SWEET SUCCESS AT 40

DULCE TAKES Music Museum by storm today and tomorrow with a voice that has made her one of the Philippines’ greatest divas.

The Cebuana songstress is living testament that great things come to those who work hard to achieve their dreams. After joining many amateur singing contests at a young age, she got her break on “Tawag ng Tanghalan” in 1975. She went on to win in various international singing contests, most notably the 4th Asian Singing Competition in Hong Kong in 1979 where she wowed with her signature song, “Ako Ang Nasawi, Ako Ang Nagwagi.”

The two-night musical extravaganza dubbed “Dulce…The Timeless Diva” coincides with her 40th year in the music industry. Through musical numbers, Dulce will take us through her inspiring journey to stardom. The show is for the benefit of ChildHaus Foundation.
