Armed Forces of the Philippines completed a five-game sweep of its first round elims with a 107-94 triumph over Ombudsman in the 4th UNTV Cup Thursday night at the Ynares Sports Arena.

The AFP Cavaliers trailed in the first two quarters but caught fire in the third frame behind the hot shooting of former PBA player Boyet Bautista and Winston Sergio to grab the lead, 76-70, going into the final 10 minutes.

The 5-foot-6 Bautista then almost singlehandedly finished off the Graftbusters by scoring 10 more points as AFP topped Group B.

For the fourth straight time, Bautista topscored for the Cavaliers with 34 points while Sergio logged in 26 points.
