Sta. Lucia’s The Orchard Towers breaks new ground

- Modern homes

Sta. Lucia’s condo development in Pasig, The Orchard Towers, has finally broken ground with Pasig City Mayor Maribel Eusebio as guest of honor. Soon to rise at the corner of two major road networks – Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez and Hon. Benito Soliven Avenues – The Orchard Towers is a four-tower, mid-rise development that offers city living at its best with its landscaped meditation gardens, jogging trails and swimming pools all set in one hectare of centrally located land in Manggahan, Pasig City.

In her speech during the ceremony, Mayor Eusebio welcomed the new development, saying, “I have come here to signify my support and to let you know that the city government is appreciative of your choosing Pasig City as site for your new development. Here in Pasig, condominium developments have sprouted that’s why we also hope to sustain the necessary developments of the city.”

Located right in the heart of the city, and just minutes away from shopping malls, schools, and business offices, The Orchard Towers is one of the newest and most versatile real estate projects of Sta. Lucia and envisioned to become another iconic landmark in Pasig City.

The developer had built its first office in Pasig City in the early 70’s, initially developing subdivisions before diversifying into planned communities. The company has since built a solid foundation that has enabled it to pursue diversification, building residential communities that offer a sense of balance and harmony, where modern lifestyle coexists with infrastructure.

James Aguila, COO of Sta. Lucia Global, Inc. summed up the kind of community they’ll be developing in the area: “Living at The Orchard Towers would be like living in an orchard that’s located right in the heart of the city.”

“We want this to be a development that cares about nature that’s why we’ve designed the whole area to have lots of flora and fauna. While other developments (in the area) normally only contain buildings, ours will be fully landscaped with relatively mid-rise buildings,” he added.

Once completed, it will have a total of three residential condominiums, a condotel and commercial tower that will be placed around the community clubhouse. Each tower will also be bordered by landscaped gardens and shade trees, promoting a relaxing lifestyle.

Pocket gardens and landscaped lawns will likewise be put up, giving residents a peaceful sanctuary and a sense of being closer to nature.

Residential units will be designed to fit the varying needs of future occupants, with studio and two-bedroom offerings all providing just the right space for newly-wed couples and start-up families.

Those requiring bigger spaces can simply combine adjoining units to fit their needs.

Security is likewise ensured, as both entrance gates at Amang Rodriguez Avenue and Soliven Avenue have been equipped with 24-hour security system and CCTV cameras.

For added convenience, Sta. Lucia will also build a commercial tower within the community that offers a selection of shops and dining establishments, as well as specialty stores that offer home-related services.

Those looking for a secure investment can check any of the units inside the condotel at The Orchard Towers. Here, each unit is enrolled in the unique Sta. Lucia condotel system for an initial term of 15 years.

Under this scheme, unit owners get a free vacation package equivalent to 30 complimentary room nights per year – which is transferrable across all Sta. Lucia hotels and condotels throughout the country.
