Partners with ABS-CBN on shows, movies access

iflix, Southeast Asia’s leading Internet TV service, yesterday announced a multi-year partnershi­p with ABS-CBN to add over 1,500 hours of local fan favorite television shows and hit movies from ABS-CBN Teleseryes, Star Cinema Movies and Cinema One Original Production­s to its library.

Starting tomorrow (April 1, 2016), iflix members will have unlimited access to many of ABS-CBN’s most popular TV shows including Maging Sino Ka Man, Lobo, Tayong Dalawa, Ina Kapatid Anak, and Walang Hanggan, among many others.

Furthermor­e, fans of Star Cinema movies can now enjoy new blockbuste­rs each month, such as One More Chance, A Very Special Love, You Changed My Life, It Takes a Man and a Woman, The Mistress, and On The Job.

This includes first run, exclusives series, such as Mr. Robot, Fargo, The Muppets, Aquarius and Black Sails as well as fan favorite Korean dramas and variety shows, such as Boys Over Flow- ers, Moon Embracing the Sun, The Inheritors and Running Man.

Its library covers hundreds of multi-award winning movies and cult classics, such as Pulp Fiction, Chicago, Forrest Gump, The English Patient, The Godfather, along with every season of iconic series including Friends, Lost, How I Met Your Mother, The Fresh Prince of Bel Air, Mad Men, Sons of Anarchy and Dexter.

Now available in Malaysia, Thailand and the Philippine­s, iflix plans to continue to roll out its world-class service to additional key Southeast Asian markets in the coming months.

With over 1 million members in the region, the service offers consumers the largest library of top Hollywood, Asian regional, and local TV shows and movies available in Southeast Asia.

Each subscripti­on allows users to access the service on up to five devices, including phones, laptops, tablets, and television sets, for viewing wherever, whenever.

iflix subscriber­s can also download TV shows and movies from iflix’s extensive library for offline viewing. The service is priced at 129 per month in the Philippine­s for unlimited access with no ads.
