Specializing in cataract and refractive eye surgery for two decades now, Adel’s mission is to protect the eyesight and promote healthy vision of his patients. “Photography was instrumental in my being an eye surgeon in which the mechanics of a camera are patterned after the human eye. I went into full circle because of photography. I became an ophthalmologist not only because of my love for microsurgery, but also because of the gift of sight—where seeing is the first step to photography.”
To satisfy his shutterbug tendencies, Adel likes to travel and dive. He shares: “I like shooting landscapes and people.
