Anvil holds Business Summit tomorrow

-

The Anvil Business Club, an organization of businessmen and professionals committed to producing conscientious, decisive, and well-informed business leaders, is holding its 2016 Business Summit tomorrow (Sept. 9) from 1:00 p.m.to 5:00 p.m. at Marriott Hotel Manila Grand Ballroom.

Since 1992, the organization has sought to develop tomorrow’s leaders through experiential learning, forums, travel, social responsibility, active networking and matching.

With the theme of “Leveling Up,” the 2016 Anvil Business Summit features exceptional leaders and entrepreneurs (some inheriting the business and some building from scratch), they each have not just greatly expanded their enterprises, but also transformed the scale and definition of their business, by orders of magnitude, through keen insight, clear strategies, and exceptional implementation.

Speakers for this year’s event include:

Dado Banatao, born to farmers, became part of a computer club with Steve Jobs and made over half a billion dollars of fortune inventing PC chip sets.

Jojo Concepcion shares with us world class manufacturing, hiring international talent, and entering partnerships.

Engr. Edgar Saavedra became a young multi-billionaire thru innovative building systems, and Megawide moved to win the Mactan airport USD$450million build-operate contract.

Jon Ramon Aboitiz restructured their already huge business into power generation in a big way, and led the family to manage yet another successful generation transfer.

Then Anders Bärlund, a Partner at Mckinsey & Co., leads us into the future through the behavior of the Digital Consumer.

The club is inviting business-minded individuals and enterprise strategists to join this outstanding group in an afternoon of concentrated learning, successful reinventions, sharing, and networking with some 600 business people.
