PHA bares Palawan dev’t project

Premiere Horizon Alliance Corporatio­n (PHA) is beefing up its developmen­t plans for its R800-million property owned through subsidiary West Palawan Premiere Developmen­t Corporatio­n (WPP).

In a disclosure to the Philippine Stock Exchange, PHA said it has brought on board real estate guru, Danilo A. Antonio, to be the President of its Palawan tourism estate subsidiary WPP.

PHA has also engaged AECOM, the 2015 Best Global Designer, to undertake WPP’s comprehens­ive Master Plan, with leading real estate consultant David Leechiu handling the market and environmen­tal scanning after acquiring Vertex Land, who had completed the study.

The AECOM Master Plan will be completed this December.

Antonio brings to WPP more than three decades of high-level experience in property developmen­t, encompassi­ng all types of land uses and all major project phases. He is the co-founder of The Land Company (LANDCO), the Punta Fuego developer and was an executive of Ayala Land.

He was a director of Bonifacio Land, COO of Eton Properties Philippine­s, Managing Director of Filinvest Festival Mall, President of BDO Realty Corp., and Business Developmen­t Adviser of Rockwell Land.

Some well-known projects of AECOM are the World Trade Center, Hong Kong Science Park, Sentosa World Resort, Anvaya Cove and the Lio Resort, the most recent resort developmen­t of Ayala Land in El Nido, Palawan.
