Mixed-use building taps management company

A modern landmark rises at the central business district of Makati in the form of The Stratosphere. The 31-story mixed-use building is set to house commercial spaces and 328 condominium units, around 120 will be part of The Sphere Serviced Residences managed by Hospitality Innovators Inc. (HII).

The Stratosphere, strategically located in Salcedo Village, features an industrial chic design distinct from the surrounding buildings. Eight levels are dedicated for parking, while the ground floor will house commercial spaces.

Residents and guests will be treated to amenities such as a swimming pool, gym, spa, and a yoga studio.

Real estate developer, Primex Realty Corporation has partnered with HII, one of the country’s leading hotel and property management companies, to operate both the hotel and property management aspect of the project. With the growing demand for serviced residences in the Makati CBD, Primex saw the addition of The Sphere Serviced Residences managed by HII as added value to their development.

Driven to re-imagine the hotel and property management landscape in the country, HII has grown to manage 12 properties, with seven more in the pipeline.
