Lucena bags best cop station award

LUCENA CITY, Quezon — Mayor Roderick A. Alcala of this city commended the city police for being adjudged as Best Police Station in the implementation of Project USAD (United Stand Against Drugs). The award was given recently by the Quezon Police Provincial Office (PPO), citing the city police for exemplifying perseverance and hard work in securing the community from the clutches of the drug trade. Alcala said that the efforts of the Lucena City Police force headed by Supt. Dennis De Leon in combating illegal drugs are exemplary. (Danny J. Estacio)
