Illegal drug operation

CAMP RAFAEL C. RODRIGUEZ, Butuan City – More than P2 million worth of suspected shabu were seized by the elements of Surigao City Police Station (SCPS). Such amount was the biggest value of shabu that was seized under the Project Double Barrel Alpha operation for the month of November. The operatives were able to confiscate a total of 181 grams of shabu after a concerned citizen tipped the operation of two suspects in Narciso P. Reyes Street, Barangay Taft, Surigao City. Meanwhile, police arrested Rolando L. Restauro, the 40-yearold principal of the San Vicente Elementary School in San Francisco town, who is listed as a high value target Level 2 drug pusher. (Mike U.
