FIGBA derby resumes today

Three more qualifying rounds of the “2016 FIGBA National Bakbakan 12-Stag Derby" will be held on Dec. 3, 6 and 8 at the Roligon Mega Cockpit.

As of yesterday, there are now 6, 834 entries. Today's 3 -stag elims features 70 fights. Meantime, combined elimination and semifinal rounds (straight seven) will be held on Dec. 4 with members of Panay GBA and Camarines GBA seeing action.

A huge number of entries from the provinces is anticipated next week at Roligon, according to FIGBA president Ricoy Palmares Jr.

The final round is scheduled on Dec. 13 (for members of MMGBA, UCBA, UPBA and UMIGBA ), Dec. 15 (for those with 6.5 points) and Dec. 17 (for those with 7 points ).
