PMAP AWARDS WINNERS FETED
The People Management Association of the Philippines (PMAP) Board of Trustees and the PMAP Awards Committee named the winners of the 40th PMAP Awards Program.
Emerging as winners are Cardinal Santos Medical Center (Employer of the Year), Thomson Reuters Manila’s Peter Buenaseda (People Manager of the Year), and Rohm Electronics Philippines, Inc.’s Employee Management Council (People Program of the Year).
The annual search aims to give public recognition to organizations and individuals in private and public sectors for their distinguished achievements and contributions to the promotion and development of sound people management and advancement of the HRM profession.
PMAP is the premiere organization committed to the advancement of excellence in the practice of professional human resource management. In mounting the awards, the PMAP hopes to develop HR practitioners, promote sound practices in HR management and standards, actively assist efforts to improve the human aspect of management, and become a leader in the advancement of HR practices in the country.
The contest for Employer of the Year and People Program of the Year is open to private companies nationwide, whether they are PMAP members or non-members. The People Manager of the Year, on the other hand, is strictly for PMAP members only.
