Few cities in Metro Manila have retained enduring reputation for family-friendly communities, enviable addresses, a lush green environment and a central location, and one of those is Pasig.

Sta. Lucia Land Inc. (SLI) takes full advantage of its prime property in the landmark Manggahan area with the Orchard Towers development, a pioneering nature-inspired upscale condominium that combines traditional home values with the contemporary conveniences of a vertical community.

“More than 50 percent of the onehectare development will be allotted for gardens and landscaped lawns, resembling an orchard in the middle of the city,” said James Aguila, COO of Sta. Lucia Global Inc., the sales and marketing arm for the project.

Aside from expansive open spaces and picturesque landscaping, the project’s location is what makes Orchard Towers an attractive proposition.

“Residents will be at the center of everything that matters to daily living,” said Aguila, noting that the development is nestled in a quiet spot along the otherwise bustling intersection of two major thoroughfares in Pasig — Eulogio “Amang” Rodriguez and Hon. Benito Soliven Avenues.

Just a few minutes’ drive away is Sta. Lucia East Grand Mall as well as other major shopping and commercial centers.

What is unique with the Orchard Towers is a nine-story condotel complementing the three other mediumrise residential buildings. This aspect of the development makes it ideal as an investment opportunity for city dwellers or frequent travelers.

Managed in-house by Sta. Lucia Hotel Management Group, unit owners are assured of lucrative operations all year round.

For added convenience of residents, Sta. Lucia applies its retail expertise in a commercial hub at the condotel’s ground floor arcare, offering restaurants, a grocery store, etc.
