Joc-joc cleared

The Sandiganbayan Second Division has denied the motion for reconsideration filed by the prosecution hoping to reverse its earlier decision clearing former Department of Agriculture Undersecretary Jocelyn “Jocjoc” Bolante of his plunder charge. Bolante was accused of accumulating ill-gotten wealth using the fertilizer fund scam in the amount of at least 150 million back in 2004. (Czarina Nicole O. Ong)
