FREE H.I.V. TESTING

— A medical technician shows the blood samples extracted during a free testing for Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV) at the University of the Philippines Diliman’s Health Services in Quezon City. Department of Health officials said they are alarmed with the increasing number of Filipinos testing positive for the virus, with 29 new cases recorded every day.
