BAYOMBONG, Nueva Viz­caya (PNA) – The pro­vin­cial gov­ern­ment re­cently ex­tended liveli­hood as­sis­tance to at least 148 fam­i­lies. Gov­er­nor Car­los Padilla and his wife Ruth per­son­ally handed the checks to the ben­e­fi­cia­ries at the pro­vin­cial capi­tol in this town. The ben­e­fi­cia­ries were given 110,000 each through the “Search for Idol Kong Pam­ilya” pro­gram of the pro­vin­cial gov­ern­ment, de­signed to up­lift the liv­ing con­di­tions of poor but ideal fam­i­lies in the prov­ince. “Use your as­sis­tance ac­cord­ing to the set terms and con­di­tions and you will im­prove your eco­nomic life. Once you have suc­ceeded, we will pro­vide more for you,” Padilla said. The cash as­sis­tance ben­e­fi­cia­ries are from the mu­nic­i­pal­i­ties of Kayapa, Ari­tao, Sta. Fe, Solano, Ka­sibu, Bagabag, Al­fonso Cas­taneda, Am­baguio, Que­zon , Bayombong, Bam­bang, Villaverde, Diadi, Du­pax del Norte and Du­pax del Sur.
