Teen shines in UN

SAN FERNANDO, Camarines Sur — A Filipina teenager from this town was recognized as the best presenter at the recent United Nations Youth Assembly in New York for her paper on the sustainable cacao project. Eighteen-year-old Louisse Mabulo, a freshman at the UP College of Entrepreneurship, was chosen as the best among five presenters from around the world. Mabulo left the judges in awe after letting them realize how cacao affects the food industry and how the cacao global deficit could be prevented. (Ruel Saldico)
