Several water technology systems claim of being able to produce premium if not the best drinking water. Some even purport of the healing properties of their water. And they appeal to the health aspect and well-being of everyone. Thus, the goal of providing only the best and safest drinking water for loved ones, especially the young ones, make water marketing pitches more interesting.

Helmut Preiss, CEO and President of AquaSpin and H. Preiss International, promises a new era of water technology innovation that not only brings back pure water that is fit for human consumption, but water restored to its original form – life-giving.

Preiss is bringing AquaSpin, a water technology system from Germany, to the Philippines.

The Salesman

Preiss has always been a salesman. As a young man, he used to work in a small bakery in his home in Romania. However, as many others during that time, he left his country and migrated to Germany when he was in his early 20s.

In Germany, the young man first worked for a large direct selling firm Kirby and started marketing vacuum cleaners as a part-time job. His friends thought that it would be impossible to sell a vacuum cleaner for 3800 DM equal to two average monthly incomes at that time.

But, in his first two months, he already sold so many units, that he won a journey for himself to America.

Soon after, he began as a full-time salesman and in 1996 he broke all sales records in Germany for Kirby. He sold 48 Kirby vacuum cleaners in just one month and bested his own record a few months later. Preiss sold a total of 72 units of Kirby vacuum cleaners, a feat everybody thought unbelievable.

In 1998, he opened his first office as a regional manager and started building a team of salesmen. In 2000, Preiss was appointed Kirby distributor in Germany.

But selling vacuum cleaners proved to be a menace to the health of some of his salesmen. At certain points in time, his best manager started to suffer from increasing bouts of asthma and bronchitis. Selling vacuum cleaners meant being constantly exposed to dust.

A conscientious boss, Preiss asked his manager to look for a different occupation for the sake of his health, but they remained in close contact.

According to Preiss, a few months later, his former staff came to him showing his new product, a reverse osmosis system.

At this point, he aroused the interest of Preiss to the blue gold water. Preiss bought such system for his family. The system produces pure water. Because of the benefits and advances he experienced by the daily use of pure water, Preiss was inspired to research about water and soon started to come up with his own business model.

In 2002, Preiss decided to quit selling Kirby vacuum cleaners and built his own career in the water business under the company name H. Preiss International.

His new marketing company introduced high-end water purification systems particularly in Germany, Austria and France.

AquaSpin Preiss noted that even though there are lots of efforts made to make water drinkable, but the water’s life-giving energy element suffers throughout filtrations, pressures of pipes, the journey through straight piping systems and many other procedures.

“But with our system, we are able to achieve chemically clean water from a physically dead water,” says Preiss, who spent numerous hours researching activated water and soon began to investigate products in the market claiming to activate water.

He also found a partner, Weber, an extraordinary German manufacturer, researcher and visionary. Weber has been able to put over 100 years of research from various scientists as well as his own technical know-how into one unique technology, the AquaSpin water activator.

Since 2010, Preiss has marketed small water activators applicable after RO (reverse osmosis) systems. They also created a complete and unique water treatment.

Together with Weber, Preiss expanded the existing product portfolio and designed special water activators to be exclusively distributed worldwide.

By first-class research and engineering, he has succeeded to place premium products for bio-energetic activation in the market.

The innovative AquaSpin products have become revolutionary in the water market and the number of possible applications and target groups has been enormous.

“With the AquaSpin technology, we are able to make energetic, bioactivated water available for humans, animals and plants – just as nature initially intended,” says Preiss.

With the unprecedented growth of the business, Preiss decided to separate the international marketing of the water activators from the existing sales organization of H. Preiss International.

And so, the company AquaSpin was born in Ipsheim, Germany in 2015.

Early this year, the AquaSpin water activators were finally presented to an international audience at the ISH in Frankfurt, Germany.

Its scope of services includes the distribution of the innovative products and at the same time provides consultation and project planning. For largescale projects, Preiss collaborates with customers and partners.

“Currently, our core markets are Germany, Austria and France. We are on expansion course in the following countries: Tenerife, Italy, Rumania, Netherlands, USA, India, Sri Lanka and Philippines,” says Preiss.

Right now, 80 percent of its customers are private households. The remaining 20 percent of customers come from a wide variety of sectors, such as agriculture, hotels, gastronomy, bottling plants and wellness.

Active water What is unique with AquaSpin is the water activator component. It is the heart of AquaSpin.

The water activator is made of brass, copper, rock crystals, cotton, and quartz sand, which are said to have beneficial influence on energy intake. It is designed with biological cotton, a glass ampoule with medicinal water, an energy coil, a special micro-turbulence system and a special meandering channel flow which round off the unique water activation process.

Preiss said their plant in Germany has the capacity to produce 5,000 to 7,000 units a month of activators.

Using pure water pressure, the AquaSpin technology involves a constant and never-ending spinning of water through a pipe spiral. Constant spinning causes changes in the molecular structure of the water to become the so-called bio-active water, which is good for the health of people, animals and plants.

“The swirling effect of AquaSpin energizes the water, it brings water back to life. This way, AquaSpin is just following the example of nature,” says Preiss.

“If you let a river flow freely, it will meander, from eddies and whirls which constantly re-circulate the water and in the end enrich it with oxygen. Water can possibly revitalize itself by flowing across a gravel bed and swirling about itself and in this way partially removing the disruptive information. This is probably why fresh spring water tastes so good,” says Preiss.

He explained that when water becomes motionless or stagnant for a long time in the pipes, like overnight, there are other elements that ensue in the water, which the German Federal Environment Agency advises not for human consumption.

Water pipes also accumulate lime and are calcified overtime, but with the installation of the activator the pipes are cleansed. This is because the spiral pipe and the constant spinning process will guard against calcification.

“Our water is full of energy and comes up by itself like artesian water,” says Preiss.

According to Preiss, the AquaSpin technology has various applications from households to agriculture. The process, which uses no chemicals, is proven to bring water back to its natural state before it was subjected to all pollution and man-made chemicals.

Preiss showed results of studies that suggest the health benefits of drinking bio-active water as a result of using the AquaSpin technology.

With this technology, the water regains its natural properties and has a revitalizing and invigorating effect on the body and organism. As such, AquaSpin water is good for the health.

For the farms, it is proven to result in higher productivity. It also restores dead water bodies and creates a cleaner environment where plants and fishes thrive.

“The use of AquaSpin enables plants to grow more rapidly and flowers blossom for a longer period of time,” says Preiss as he showed experiments that show better productivity of farms with higher and bigger yields by using active water.

This is the reason, Preiss said, the AquaSpin technology is highly popular in gardening and landscaping market, in agriculture and livestock farms.

“Through excellent engineering work we have succeeded in establishing the premium brand of AquaSpin in the water market,” says Preiss.

In addition to its personal advantages, AquaSpin can reduce the burden to the environment. In contrast to the conventional softening, AquaSpin works completely without salt and electricity making this technology cheaper.

Partnership To bring the benefits of the AquaSpin technology to the Philippines, Filipino-owned Forever Rich Philippines, Inc. has signed an agreement with AquaSpin for the exclusive distribution of the water technology systems in the country.

The partnership aims not only to provide potable bio water to Filipinos, but also to revive water supply, and improve the productivity of agricultural farms in the country, whose farm yields are becoming marginal.

Perhaps, the problem is not in the kind of soil and fertilizer, but it could be the water component.

Preiss signed a memorandum of agreement with Forever Rich President Susan Barlin for the distribution of AquaSpin products, making the Philippines its first stop outside of Europe and after India in Asia.

Barlin said that part of the agreement is to also introduce AquaSpin to other countries in the ASEAN region starting with Indonesia. Forever Rich, which has been responsible for bringing other nutritional products in the country from the US and Europe, also plans to introduce AquaSpin to the US market.

The partnership forecasts of a very good demand for the AquaSpin technology in the country because of the huge need for safe and healthy water. The quality of drinking water in the country has always been a suspect.

The world image of Germany, known for its industrial engineering genius, is going to help propel AquaSpin in its foray in the country. Germany itself is known for having one of the best water sources in the world. One can drink water right from the tap.

Clear vision

As a marketing guy, Preiss said his job is to sell a vision to other people. To make it successful, Preiss said it is important that the entire organization understands the vision first and foremost, only then that the vision becomes clear to the end-users.

His downside though, as a leader, is his being too much familiar with his people.

“I am too easy going, too soft to others, but I am very tough to myself,” says Preiss.

“But, I am extremely happy,” adds the 47-year-old Preiss in reference as to how his business has turned out to be and the great potential that lies ahead.

Since the introduction of AquaSpin about two years ago in Germany, it has already received the Young Entrepreneurs Award for Innovation.

The impact of the active water has been a subject of various studies suggesting it is behind the amazing health impact on humans, greater farm and animal yields and reinvigorated bodies of water.

Now that he has established this water business, Preiss finds himself more challenged.

Overwhelmed at the huge prospect, this native from Romania can hardly believe he struck a gold mine.

More importantly, this innovative water technology systems do not only provide for the basic necessity of life, but brings today’s water back to its original state – to give life.
