RIZAL ROAD COLLAPSE

– A section of the road in Barangay Silangan, San Mateo, Rizal, collapsed Thursday after monsoon rains eroded the soil beneath it. More than 10 families living beside the road were forced to relocate to avoid getting buried under the torrent of mud, rocks, and debris.
