VFS TasHeel International is an enterprise mandated with managing and administrating the visa application process on behalf of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The company recently announced that its Visa Services Centers in Manila, Davao, and Cebu are now fully operational and have started processing visa applications.

The VFS TasHeel centers in the Philippines will process various categories of visa permits including resident, educational, personal, commercial visits etc., with the exception of Hajj, Umrah and Work visas.

Pilgrims and Work visa applicants will continue to process their visas through private tour operators in the country, and will be required to complete the biometric enrollment procedure at the VFS TasHeel Visa Services Centers. Biometrics enrolment includes collection of fingerprints, facial image and biographic details, such as passport information.
