PH to the world: Together we act.

*** Locsin said that the foreign affairs secretary will also hold bilateral meetings with his counterparts from Belgium, Colombia, Hungary, Ireland, Japan, Morocco, Norway, Poland, the United Arab Emirates, and the Vatican.

Let bilateral talks bear fruits.

No time to waste in the busy world of diplomacy.
