AXA PH appoints Pronove Tai as its tenant representative
AXA Philippines, a global insurance company, recently appointed Pronove Tai International Property Consultants, a real estate services provider as its tenant representative. Pronove Tai is the exclusive real estate agent for AXA in the Philippines.
“We are thankful to AXA for their trust and confidence in us. In addition to securing their physical branches and office spaces, AXA Philippines will leverage on Pronove Tai’s research and consultancy capabilities in navigating their expansionary requirements across the country,” according to Gelo Cristobal, head of portfolio management at Pronove Tai.
“We are looking to grow our Philippine operations further and we are pleased to work with Pronove Tai as our property consultant in opening new branches nationwide. We expect to open another by 2018-2020 and are confident that our partnership with Pronove Tai will make this a reality for us,” said John Hilson, AXA Philippines chief transformation and operations officer.
“In our industry, it is important to maintain a personal connection with our partners and clients. Having locations in key areas will grow our visibility and help us create and maintain these bonds,” Hilson added.
