SPED SCHOOL GETS NEW SCHOOLBUILDING FROM AUSTRALIAN GOVERNMENT
The Australian Government, in partnership with the Philippine Business for Social Progress (PBSP), provided a two-classroom building to Maguindanao II Special Education (SPED) in Awang, Datu Odin Sinsuat. The schoolbuilding has features that include ramps, lights, toilets, armchairs, blackboards and ceiling fans. Before, the SPED classes in the school were held in one classroom which was divided into four to accommodate students who were grouped according to their disabilities.
