3 awards for Bataan mayor

DINALUPIHAN, Bataan — This fast-developing town, headed by Mayor Gila S. Garcia, received last weekend three awards during the “12th Recognition of Outstanding Central Luzon LGUs implementing the Streamlining Program in the Issuance of Mayor’s Permit” held at the Diwa ng Tarlak Convention Center, Tarlac City. The awards were conferred by the Central Luzon Growth Corridor Foundation, Inc. (CLGCFI) on the lady mayor for being Bataan’s Most Outstanding LGU Implementing the Streamlining Program in the Issuance of Mayor’s Permit; Most Outstanding LGU for IT Innovations; and Best LGU in Customer Relations. Garcia is known for having set up the onestop-shop in the town to fast-track business transactions and public services. (Mar T. Supnad)
