Luxury real estate developer bags awards
Filigree, a luxury real estate brand in the country, adds two plum honors from the Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018 to its roster of industry recognitions: the Best Residential Development of the Philippines Award for The Enclave Alabang, its first horizontal project, and a five-star rating for Best Apartment Philippines Award for Botanika Nature Residences, one of its upscale condominium developments.
These awards are further testaments of the developer’s vision to set the standard in luxury real estate in the country.

Known as the largest, most prestigious program throughout the region, the recently concluded Asia Pacific Property Awards 2018 was held in Bangkok, Thailand.
Participating properties are judged by an independent panel of 80 industry experts, focusing on design, quality, service, innovation, originality, and commitment to sustainability.
The top winners in each region will automatically be entered into the overall international awards, culminating in a glittering awards ceremony to be held at the Savoy Hotel, London in December.
