In a press statement sent to The Manila Bulletin late Tuesday afternoon, the PDEA 13 Information Officer said the discovery of the alleged high grade and imported marijuana at the residence of Timor Miduel Els Twani at his residence in Purok 2, Barangay Poblacion in Cabadbaran City came after authorities enforced a search warrant issued by Cabadbaran Municipal Trial Court judge.
According PDEA 13 Director Aileen Lovitas, the suspect, who is also known as Timor Miguel Elestwani usually travelled to and from Luzon using a private vehicle where he allegedly gets his supply of Kush Weeds.
The suspect was immediately brought to PDEA 13 office at Libertad, Butuan City for further investigation. PDEA 13 is still determining the exact worth of the seized high grade marijuana. (Mike U. Crismundo)
