Warm weather, scattered rains due
Warm weather will persist over most parts of the country particularly in the morning due to the prevailing easterlies, or warm and humid air coming from the Pacific.
The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA), however, said the Bicol region and Eastern Visayas will experience cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms from Saturday until Sunday.
It warned residents in these areas of possible flash floods or landslides due to scattered light to moderate to at times heavy rains in the afternoon or evening.
Meanwhile, the northeasterly wind flow is prevailing over the extreme part of Northern Luzon.
PAGASA said partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains will be felt in Batanes and Babuyan group of islands.
Metro Manila and the rest of the country will have partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated rain showers due to localized thunderstorms.
