I feel the baby moving and kicking inside me. So far everything is okay.
Now into her second semester of her pregnancy, Marian Rivera Dantes’ wonders about the gender of her second baby with a big smile on her face.
Girl or boy, that child will be loved to high heavens, she said.
“The most important thing for me is we’re being blessed with another child,” the actress said in Filipino.
The couple hopes to have at least four children. For baby number two, she said she’s past the morning sickness and craving stage.
“I feel the baby moving and kicking inside me,” she shared. “So far everything is okay.”
Marian related that just like her pregnancy with first-born Zia, she isn’t moody at all.
“I’m not snappy but, instead, super friendly,” she added in jest.
Dingdong Dantes is as ecstatic over becoming dad twice over.
“He’s super excited. I mean, he even set aside his dream of running for public office because he said we, his family, is his priority,” she pointed out.
Have they started telling Zia that she’s going be an older sister soon?
“Since day one that we found out I’m pregnant, we informed her,” Marian shared. “We make sure she’s involved. We even include her when we are visiting the Ob-Gyn clinic. We’ve started calling her ‘ate.’”
Well, they know their daughter is already excited about her new sibling as Zia would always say “good night” and “I love you” to her baby bump with matching kiss before they go to sleep.
How about her? Is she ready to have two children?
“I’ll never know unless I experience it,” was her pragmatic response. “I could only comment about that when I have it already.”
On why it took a while before she shared the good news to the public, Marian related they follow the tradition that they cannot announce it until the baby is fully developed.

She likes it that the product is safe for her particularly that she’s pregnant as well as friendly to the kids because of the content.
Marian loves the fact that the smell helps her to relax. According to her, it &helps her lighten up before going to sleep with matching peaceful music.
