Ayala Land Premier’s first luxury residentia­l tower in Parklinks

Last Nov. 11, over 400 members of the Philippine­s’ most well-heeled families were treated to the exclusive launch of Parklinks North Tower, the first high-rise residentia­l project of celebrated luxury real estate developer Ayala Land Premier (ALP) in the burgeoning Quezon City and Pasig areas.

With units priced between R250-k to R370-k per square meter, with total package prices ranging from R19-M to R113-M, Ayala Land Premier solidifies its place as the luxury developer of choice in an entirely new location for the brand. The successful launch generated almost R4-billion in sales, with the majority of units offered to the market already taken up within the first five days of selling.
