Manila’s hotels go all out this Christmas

Christmas is right around the corner and, for some of us, this means bringing out our best Christmas décor, from Christmas lights to wreaths to the best Santa figurines. This Yuletide season is the time when the best Christmas trees come to bloom, decked out in the most colorful and festive ornaments from knickknack­s to every bits and bobs you could possibly imagine. Feel the festive spirit this holiday season by gazing at some of the most extravagan­t Christmas trees we’ve found just for you.

Let Manila Hotel take you back to your roots with its Filipino-themed Christmas tree. Decked in white and gold and it is evocative of holidays spent at home with the family. The Manila Hotel’s theme for this year is

showcasing the Filipino spirit, heritage, and culture with gold tinged with red ornaments. Designed by the hotel’s style team and its resident stylist the Christmas tree dazzles the crowd with its traditiona­l designs. The Manila Hotel has also partnered up with the House of Refuge Foundation, an organizati­on that provides homes to abandoned street children aged four to 17. Conrad Manila ushered in the holiday season with its unique and innovative Christmas tree art installati­on called “Celeste Yule” created by artist

With its theme “Radiant Christmas,” Conrad Manila celebrates the luster, jubilation, and happiness of the Christmas season. The Celeste Yule is an artistic rendition of Pilapil, a glass sculptor. It is a reflection of various shapes such as circles that reflect the interior of the hotel. Conrad Manila launched a “30 days of giving” campaign that is a combinatio­n of volunteeri­sm from the staff of the hotel that gives back to charities and communitie­s.
