LUXURIOUS HOLIDAY CELEBRATION WITH TAG HEUER
TAG Heuer joins the festivities of the season as it brings to the Philippines “Museum in Motion”, a carefully curated exhibition showcasing heritage timepieces from collectors' personal collections and the luxury Swiss sports watch maker's museum at the La Chaux-de-Fonds in Switzerland.
Featuring select timepieces, Museum in Motion is a celebration of TAG Heuer's rich history, particularly in motor sport racing, highlighting the brand's innovative craftsmanship in luxury sports watch design. Key timepieces include the 1963 Heuer Carrera, 1968 Heuer Camaro, and the 1969 Heuer Autavia, all of which inspired and paved the way to TAG Heuer's modern collection.
Designed by Jack Heuer, the iconic 1963 Heuer Carrera is the first sports chronograph made specifically for drivers and sports enthusiasts, featuring a wide-open and easy to read dial, shock-resistant case, and a Valjoux 72 movement. The forerunner of the 1972 Heuer Monaco, the 1968 Heuer Camaro boasts a movement accurate to 1/5 of a second and uses a Valjoux 7732 mechanism. Known as "The Siffert", the 1969 Heuer Autavia honors Jo Siffert, a famous Swiss driver and TAG Heuer ambassador. Sporting blue accents, this watch features an automatic chronograph with a rotating bezel.
Happening until December 31, 2018 at the TAG Heuer boutique in SM Mall of Asia, TAG Heuer's Museum in Motion brings to Filipino consumers and watch enthusiasts alike the opportunity to encounter unique vintage watches and experience TAG Heuer like never before.
