SPEAK OUT

– Children from Marikina, Valenzuela, and Quezon City join a protest to call on to lawmakers to defend their rights and protect their future during a gathering led by the Association for the Rights of Children in Southeast Asia at the University of the Philippines in Diliman, Quezon City, Saturday. The activity dubbed as ‘speak out’ also demands the government to build better rehabilitation services for children in conflict with the law. (Alvin Kasiban)
