On its eighth year as a nonprofit pilgrimage apostolate, Green Faith Travels brings its pilgrims to Bicol and Batanes for its twin trip this year.

Pilgrims will visit and pray in 15 heritage churches in Albay and Camarines Sur in Bicol, including the Minor Basilica of Our Lady of Peñafranci­a where the patroness of the province is enshrined for its Lenten pilgrimage of faith and heritage from March 2224.

In Albay, they will pray at Saint Gregory Cathedral in Legazpi City, Saint Lawrence in Tiwi, Saints Joachim and Anne in Malinao, and in Saint Joseph the Baptist in Tabaco City to name a few. While Saint Anthony de Padua, Holy Cross, Saint Raphael, San Francisco, Saint John the Evangelist Cathedral in Naga, and Peñafranci­a Parish in Camarines Sur.

This year, Easter pilgrimage in Batanes will be from May 24-28, besides visiting the most breathtaki­ng and scenic spots in the islands, pilgrims will pray at some of the most picturesqu­e churches in the country, including the Immaculate Conception Cathedral (Basco Cathedral), Our Lady of Mount Carmel chapel (Tukon chapel), San Vicente Ferrer church, and other neighborin­g shrines

Pilgrimage fees include roundtrip land and airfare, meals and snacks, tours and entrance fees, pilgrim’s kit and tokens, and donations to churches.

Meanwhile, Green Faith Travels will also visit Lucban, Quezon to celebrate Pahiyas Festival and the feast of San Isidro Labrador on May 15.
