Richli Corp.’s bulk-water supply operation involves a 32-kilometer (km) main transmission pipe from the town of Cortes, where it sources surface water from the Malinginriver. It passes through Corella, Baclayon, Tagbilaran, Dauisto reach Panglao. Within its service areas, there is also a 700-km distribution piping to reach the many households in the province.
