Two-tower condo soon to rise in Santa Mesa
Property developer Empire East recently held a topping off for the first tower of its Covent Garden project in Santa Mesa. The ceremony was held at the site along Santol Extension corner Magsaysay Boulevard.
The milestone marks the steady and continuous construction of this two-tower residential development that will soon be home to a community composed of students and business professionals.
