Two-tower condo soon to rise in Santa Mesa

-

Property developer Empire East recently held a topping off for the first tower of its Covent Garden project in Santa Mesa. The ceremony was held at the site along Santol Extension corner Magsaysay Boulevard.

The milestone marks the steady and continuous construction of this two-tower residential development that will soon be home to a community composed of students and business professionals.

“Covent Garden is envisioned to provide a colorful and modern addition to the Santa Mesa Manila skyline,” said Empire East President and CEO Atty. Anthony Charlemagne Yu. “This project symbolizes another turn in history as it improves the vicinity to cater to future homeowners who wish to live in a safe place that is closer to educational institutions.”

The Covent Garden is strategically located near universities in Manila that makes it an ideal home for students. It is also a few steps away from the V. Mapa station of the LRT 2 that can be a considerable advantage for professionals and entrepreneurs who need to travel to Makati or Quezon City for work.

The project is prepared to provide future homeowners with a total lifestyle enjoyment. Its recreational amenities include a lap swimming pool, an outdoor bar and lounge, a function hall for celebrations, a kiddie pool, a jogging trail, kids’ playground, and a fitness gym.
