Firms continue dev’t partnership

PHirst Park Homes, Inc., the jointventure firm of real estate developer Century Properties Group, Inc. and Mitsubishi Corp. for first homebuyers, has signed an agreement with contractor Megawide Construction Corp. for the use of its precast technology in building more than 1,800 homes in PHirst Park Homes Lipa, Batangas.

This is the second agreement between PHirst and Megawide, which also signed an agreement in 2017 for 2,830 units in the PHirst Park Homes Tanza, Cavite project.
