FAMILY SHOPPING MADE FUN AND EASY
Exclusive discounts and treats awaited parents at Shop Til You Pop 2.0
Early this month, the Mashup of Mompreneurs (M.O.M.s.) held its Shop Til You Pop 2.0 event where parents shopped for pregnancy, breastfeeding, and family products at ease. Pop, which is a connotation for moms who are about to give birth, those who have already given birth, and supportive tagalong fathers, was organized to provide a relaxed shopping experience for moms and moms-to-be.
The variety of baby products available in the market can overwhelm parents, especially the expectant moms who are about to give birth. This is where M.O.M.s come in, to make sure one doesn’t get overwhelmed with the variety
of products to choose from. “We wanted to share what we discovered to be useful, helpful, and could improve someone’s lives. We value and support such brands because there are so many products out there that could cause confusion, especially if you are a first-time mom.”
Held at Marquis Events Place in BGC, Shop Til You Pop 2.0 showcased over 40 booths where shoppers got to try out the assortment of pregnancy and baby products sold, as well as enjoy exclusive discounts and hourly prizes. Early registrants of the two-day event also got to bring home loot bags!
Surprise treats were also prepared, and there’s one for every family member: Free makeovers from Ellana Minerals, free massage from Nuyu Spa, free haircut for dads and boys by Eight Wolves, as well as a kiddie play area by Party Station. Marquis Events Place also provided a dining experience filled with a selection of great good choices for shoppers and merchants.
Celebrity parents Rica Peralejo-Bonifacio, Vanessa MatsunagaSunga, Miriam Quiambao-Roberto, Sam Lewis, Nadine Samonte, and Feliz Lucas also dropped by to check out the shops. They also got to bring home special giveaways from Moms and Babies booth, including a set of citrus grapefruit hand sanitizer and rose hydrosol mist sampler from Botanicals in Bloom.
The next leg of Shop Til You Pop is currently in the works, with the Mashup of Mompreneurs (Kimberly Dy of Mega Malunggay and VPharma, Paola Loot-Bronfman of Mommy Treats, Minnie Jumaquio of Snug-A-Hug, Joy Astilla of Wink, Meryll Dy of i-angel, K-mom, and Ecomom, Tiffany Tuazon of Baby K’tan, and Geraldyn Chua of Honeysuckle and SnuggleNest) preparing for a more exciting shopping experience.
