Life in the midst of mobility

-

A few years from now when the ongoing infrastructure projects around the metropolis will reach completion, there will be easier mobility and accessibility for city-dwellers.

The country’s first intercity underground railway, for instance, is set to start partial operations in 2022 and will be fully operational by 2025. It will run from Quirino Highway in Quezon City to the Ninoy Aquino International Airport in Pasay City.

This will significantly cut down travel time not only for commuters but also for motorists as traffic congestion along the subway’s 36-kilometer train line is projected to lessen.

On the other hand, the real estate value, especially around the areas in which the 15 subway stations will be built, is seen to rise, according to property consultancy firm Colliers International.

One property development that will be of value to investors and home-seekers is DMCI Homes’ upcoming residential condominium project, The Crestmont, with its strategic location along Panay Avenue in Quezon City’s South Triangle district.

The Crestmont is a few steps from the

MRT-3 Quezon Avenue station and near a proposed station of the Metro Manila Subway. It is also near hospitals, universities, government agencies, offices and other places of interest and leisure.

On the 3,000-sqm site, a 50-story structure will rise and be ready for occupancy by September 2025. Unit offerings include one, two to three bedrooms, each designed to provide every family’s requirements for space and comfort.

As its name signifies — Crestmont means impressive peak — the condominium project will offer ample living spaces and premium amenities suited for today’s hectic yet family-oriented lifestyle.

The Crestmont will carry DMCI Homes’ trademark resort-inspired design and topnotch quality, but with enhanced unit features, bigger windows, spacious balconies, and efficient air conditioning system.

Its outdoor features will include a sky deck pool which will be a first in DMCI Homes projects. There will also be a kiddie pool and children’s play area to bring resort living to the whole family.

Indoors, there will be a reception lounge, fitness gym, lounge area and entertainment and function rooms. There will also be a convenience store, mail box area, and laundry and water stations.

Moreover, the building boasts of DMCI Homes’ proprietary design innovation Lumiventt Technology to make units naturally lighted and ventilated through three-story high breezeways, single-loaded hallways, and landscaped atriums.

Crestmont’s units are from 33 sqm to 84.5 sqm at a price of 15.62 million to 113.43 million.
